As the Vice Principal, I believe that education today must go beyond the textbook. It should empower students to become confident capable and compassionate individuals prepared for the future. With this goal in mind, I am committed to contributing meaningfully to the growth and transformation of our school.

We have begun integrating the New Education Policy- NEP into our curriculum with a focus on holistic learning, skill development and flexible academic choices. This shift is encouraging creativity, critical thinking and self learning among our students preparing them for a rapidly evolving world.

Robotics has been introduced as a key activity for classes 1 to 5, enhancing creativity and problem solving. It will gradually extended to higher classes in the coming years.

Events like Litra Fiesta and Science exhibition has boosted creativity confidence teamwork and practical learning. It encourages innovation, critical thinking and student engagement.

Talk Over Cookies an interstate student exchange –Virtual platform conducted via Zoom helps students gain exposure to diverse cultures and viewpoints enhancing their communication skills.

NWR Sports Program which includes structured sports training for the students from classes 6 to 12 not only promotes physical fitness but also builds team spirit and leadership qualities.

NCC an important part of the school promotes discipline, leadership and patriotism among students.

Additionally recognizing the need for career awareness at the senior level, we have planned regular counselling sessions for classes 9 to 12 .These sessions guide students in selecting suitable streams preparing for college admissions and setting career goals.

With these initiatives and a clear vision for the future, I aim to create an environment that nurtures not just academics excellence but also the overall development of each child. I strongly believe that a school must be a place where learning is joyful, opportunities are abundant and every student is encouraged to discover their strengths. By encouraging open dialogue, collaboration and consistent mentorship, we will shape future ready individuals who are emotionally strong socially responsible and intellectually curious. Together with our dedicated team of teachers, supportive parents I am confident that our school will continue to grow as a center of innovation values and excellence.
